NATIONAL ECONOMIC FUND
The St. Lucia National Economic Fund (NEF) was established in 2015 under Section 33 of the Citizenship by Investment Act to receive donations under the Citizenship by Investment Programme. Monies received into the NEF will be allocated for specific projects to help the national development agenda of St. Lucia.

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT
Once pre-approved for citizenship, the government of St. Lucia will allow applicants to invest into qualifying real estate: high-end branded hotels, resorts, and boutique properties.

COVID 19 BOND
The special COVID-19 Relief Bond starting at USD 250,000 is a non-interest-bearing government bond to which no processing fee is payable by the applicant. The bond must be registered and remain in the name of the applicant from the date of first issue.

GOVERNMENT BOND
It is a non-interest-bearing investments and must be registered and remain in the name of the Applicant for a five-year holding period from the date of first issue.

ENTERPRISE INVESTMENTS
It includes the following categories: Specialty Restaurants, Cruise Ports and Marinas, Agro-Processing Plants. Pharmaceutical Products, Ports, Bridges, Roads & Highways, Research Institutions & Facilities and Offshore Universities.
